ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.J.Pradeep, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.A.Anandan, learned counsel for respondent 5.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that steps are being taken to remove the encroachment from the road in S.No.150/16. The Executive Officer has also issued a communication in that regard and further steps, in accordance with law, would be undertaken preferably within a period of three months.
