O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on 27.02.2020 in Cr.M.P.No.574 of 2020 in C.M.P.No.289 of 2020 by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Denkanikottai that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.00 a.m.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
