Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders dated 18.10.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings P.R.No.97/P.R.3(2)/2013 Delinquent:PC 19624, Selvam, 35th Platoon, "F" coy., A.R. u/r.3(b), modified order passed by the 1st respondent dated 02.05.2014 made in Rc.No.PR.III(2)/ 286/128002/2013 Appeal No.3/CPO/2014 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all monetary benefits.
