Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that Clause 2(a) and Clause 3 of the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff (Third Amendment) Order, 2022, dated 22 November 2022 (No.4 of 2022) issued by the 1st respondent vide Notification No.RG-8/1/(9)/2021-B and CS(1 and 3) as ultra vires the provisions of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 and violative of the Article 14 and Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India.
