This petition is to amend the respondent's name as Arakkonam Town Police Station instead of Arakkonam Police Station in Crl.OP.NO.17799 of 2016 on 12.08.2016.

3. There is a clerical mistake in the bail order in Crl.OP.No.17799 of 2016 dated 12.08.2016 for the words Arakkonam Police Station, instead the words Arakkonam Town Police Station shall be added.

In the circumstances, (i) Petition allowed.

(ii) Carry out the amendment as prayed for.

(iii) Office shall issue fresh order copy after carrying out the amendment.

(iv) Fifteen days further time from the date of receipt of amended order copy to execute the bail bond as per the original order is granted.
