Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the conviction and sentences passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal by a Judgment and order dated 23.02.2022, made in S.C.No.40 of 2013 and to release the petitioner on bail.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
