..Respondent(s) To Modify the interim order dated 16.02.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.NO.2547 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.344 of 2026 by converting the direction to pay Rs.1,50,000/- to the 1st Respondent into a direction permitting the petitioner to deposit the said amount before this Honble Court or in the Alternative by reducing the conditional amount to Rs.50,000/- and granting two weeks time for compliance of the modified condition such deposit and thus Pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render Justice.

To call for the records in MC.No.8/2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam, and set aside the same and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court.

Order This petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditional order passed by this Court directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the respondents towards arrears of maintenance.

2.This Court finds no reasons to modify the condition passed by this Court directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- the respondents. However, time granted to make the payment of Rs.1,50,000/- to the respondents is extended by four weeks.
