ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 26.10.2015 wherein he has made certain allegations against the 3rd respondent, who is the President of the Village Panchayat and her husband one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Ramachandran. The allegation is that the 3rd respondent is putting up construction between the temple and the school. This according to the petitioner will cause irreparable hardship to the villagers.
3.Since the writ petition is disposed of without notice to the 3rd respondent, the allegation made by the petitioner as against the 3rd respondent and her husband are not gone into and it is left open to be considered by the authorities. 4.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2015 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Sd/- Asst. Registrar.
