Crime No.1 of 2021 ..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to allow A-class cell to the petitioner's son Jose Roy @ Ranjith s/o.Jayaraj confined at Central Prison II, Puzhal, Chennai, pursuant to petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2022.

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] Seeking A-class facility in the prison for Jose Roy @ Ranjith s/o.Jayaraj, who has been detained under Act 14/1982, his father [petitioner herein] gave a representation dated 10.03.2022 and thereafter, filed the present writ petition. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2022 has been disposed of by the Superintendent, Central Prison II, Puzhal, Chennai, on 14.03.2022 and produced a copy of the said order. 3.It is seen that the order has been communicated to the petitioner. However, we furnished a copy of the order dated 14.03.2022 to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

In the aforestated circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. No costs.
