ORDER

The present application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 27.11.2017 made in A.No.5508 OF 2017, which attached the immovable proprieties described in the schedule to the Judge's Summons and a copy of this order raising the attachment is to be transmitted through District Court Thirupattur, and Communicated to the Sub-Registrar, Vaniyambadi Sub-Registrar Office.

2. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the amount has already been settled by the applicant. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for raising the order of attachment.

3. In the result, this application is allowed as prayed for. No costs.

4. A copy of this order shall be transmitted through the District Court, Thirupattur District, and communicated to the Sub Registrar, Vaniyambadi, in order to make necessary entry in the Encumbrance Certificate. 24-02-2026
