Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/accused No.1, 3 & 4 herein apprehending arrest for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 120-B of I.P.C., in Crime No.27 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.1, 3 & 4 in a complaint alleging that on receipt of money to a tune of Rs.8,25,000/- promising to provide Village Administrative Officer job on the pretext that they were very close to the Minister's erstwhile Government.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are 8 current papers and 35 complaints received against this petitioners of similar in nature. This Court time and again recorded the view regarding whoever attempts to get job by giving bribe to somebody else are also equally punishable and to be prosecuted, apart from the persons under false pretext received the money. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Therefore, while dismissing the anticipatory bail petition, this Court directs the respondent police to take appropriate action against the defacto complainant, who has abetted the present petitioner to secure job in Government service by paying money.
