The prayer sought for in the present petition is to extend the time to comply the condition imposed in Crl.MP. No. 11796 of 2017 in C.A. No. 235 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to condolence in the petitioner's family, he could not comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 09.08.2017 in Crl.M.P No. 11796 of 2017 in C.A.No.235 of 2017 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

3. In my view, a sympathetic approach can be taken in the present case.

4. In the result, the criminal original petition stands allowed. The petitioner is granted two weeks time to comply with the condition imposed in the order dated 09.08.2017 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P No. 11796 of 2017 in C.A.No.235 of 2017.
