Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the petitioner approaching this Court by the present writ petition, as the respondents have appointed the petitioner as prayed for in the present writ petition, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also made an endorsement of the same in the case bundle.

3.Considering the same, permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as Withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
