2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to 1st respondent may be dispensed with. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 399 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account No.10156284387, State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code SBIN0007582, Contact person: Mr.B.M.Sridhar, Mobile No.9282112830], within a period of one week from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
