This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to issue separate patta for the property by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 11.02.2020.

The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken cognizance by the respondent and the petitioner has been directed to furnish all the necessary documents in order to proceed further with the application made by the petitioner. In view of the above development, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
