ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on the premise that conduct of the T20 Indian Premier League Matches would cause serious health hazard particularly during the pandemic situation.
2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that nothing survives for adjudication as the decision to conduct the T20 IPL matches has been deferred indefinitely.
3. In view of the above, there is no cause of action in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
