This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in WP.No.23086 of 2018, dated 05.09.2018.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of this Court, dated 05.09.2018 has been complied with and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition.
