ORDER

This Court, by an interim order dated 25.11.2016 in W.M.P.No.35512 of 2016 in W.P.No.41523 of 2016, directed the respondents to pay the salary prospectively to the petitioner, who has been appointed in the fourth respondent school.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the interim order dated 25.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate submitted that the interim order dated 25.11.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents.
