ORDER

The petitioner and the 2nd respondent are husband and wife. They got married on 23.6.1999 as per the Hindu Customs. Due to the said marriage, they were blessed with a female child, namely, Hemamalini, who is the 1st respondent herein. After some time, the petitioner/husband deserted her wife and daughter. Therefore, the 2nd respondent/wife filed M.C.156/2012 before the Additional Principal Judge, Additional Family Court, Coimbatore seeking maintenance of Rs.10,000/- each for herself and her daughter. The Family Court, by order dated 17.05.2016, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the 2nd respondent wife and Rs.4,000/- to the 1st respondent/daughter towards maintenance. Against the same, the petitioner is before this Court with this Criminal Revision.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute has been settled https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

between the parties in the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A Joint Memo of Compromise dated 17.02.2017 signed by both the parties along with their respective counsels, was also filed to that effect. The same was accepted by the learned Counsel for the respondents.

This Court also perused the Mediation Report dated 23.02.2017 along with the Memo of Compromise dated 17.02.2017.

4. In the light of the Joint Memo of Compromise entered into between the parties dated 17.02.2017, the present Criminal Revision is disposed of. The Memo of Compromise dated 17.02.2017 shall form part of this order.
