W.P.No.18880 of 2021 WP.No.18880 of 2020 N.SESHASAYEE, J., The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the property in question, regarding which the petitioner seeks transfer of patta belongs to the petitioner's grandfather and the preliminary enquiry of the Tahsildar discloses that there are at least 12 heirs. Notice have been served to all the heirs and one Mrs.Manjula has also filed objection. The Tahsildar/second respondent requires additional time to dispose of the matter and added due to the on going Election Process, the respondents have been assigned additional responsibilites and seeks time. 2.Now the second respondent is required to fix a fresh date for enquiry sometime during the second or third week of April 2021, give notice to all the parties concerned, provide them a fair and effective hearing and complete the enquiry within a period of 16 weeks thereafter. 16.03.2021 Tsg 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
