R.PONGIAPPAN, J., Today, when at the time this Original Petition is taken up for hearing, the applicant / petitioner has filed two applications, wherein in A.No.1453 of 2021, he prayed the direction, directing the respondent to handover custody of the minor children, Ahmed Ryaan (born on 06.07.2010) and Abdul Ghani (Born on 08.05.2016) for 30 days from April 01, 2021 to April 30, 2021. In respect to the said application, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing and seeks time for filing counter affidavit.

Similarly, the applicant herein has filed one another application in A.No.1452 of 2021, wherein he prayed an order, directing the respondent to handover custody of the minor children Ahmed Ryaan (born on 06.07.2010) and Abdul Ghani (born on 08.05.2016) from 10.00a.m. to 6.00p.m, on every Saturday to the applicant, by way of exercising his visitation rights.

3. For the said application, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent agreed to show the minor children to the petitioner in the residence of the respondent, on every Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also conceded for the suggestion put forth by the respondent.
5. Therefore, the applicant / petitioner is permitted to see his minor children Ahmed Ryaan (born on 06.07.2010) and Abdul Ghani (born on 08.05.2016) from 10.00a.m. to 6.00p.m, on every Saturday in respondent's residence.
6. With the above direction, application filed in A.No.1452 of 2021, is allowed.
7. In respect to other applications filed in A.Nos.3190 and 3191 of 2020 and in respect to the main Original Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant / petitioner, requested this Court to refer the 2/4
matter for mediation. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also willing to refer the matter for mediation.
8. Hence, Registry is directed to refer the matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, Chennai. Registry is further directed to send a copy of the records to the Mediation Centre. Both the parties are directed to co-operate for settling the dispute before the Mediation Centre.
9. List the matter before this Court, after completion of mediation process.
