These petitions have been filed to modify the condition No. 6 (c ) as imposed by this Court in order dated 08.02.2023 in Crl.O.P No. 2301 & 2653 of 2023.

2. The the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is facing life threat in the jurisdiction of respondent police. Hence he prays to modify the condition No. 6 (c ) in order dated 08.02.2023 in Crl.O.P. No.2301 & 2653 of 2023.

3. Considering the submissions made by the petitioner, Condition No.6 (c ) in order dated 08.02.2023 in Crl.O.P No.2301 & 2653 of 2023 is modified as follows:

6. (c ) the petitioner shall report before VII Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Time to comply with the order dated 08.02.2023 in Crl.O.P No. 2301 & 2653 of 2023 is extended for two weeks. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
