This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.4[b], in Crl.O.P.No.1978 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025. Page No.1 of 4

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a lawyer, that he is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, prayed for modification of the condition imposed in para No.4[b], in Crl.O.P.No.1978 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.4[b], in Crl.O.P.No.1978 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 directing that the petitioner has to appear daily is modified, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a week, viz., Saturday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. Further, the petitioner at the time of executing sureties shall deposit an amount of Rs. 5,000/- to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk's Association, Account No.484026006, Branch: Indian Bank, High Court, IFSC No. IDIB000M157. The other conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1978 of 2025 Page No.2 of 4
dated 29.01.2025 shall remain unaltered.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 18.03.2025 vca Page No.3 of 4
