Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to make measurement of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's land measuring 0-23 Ares in S.No.165/1A4, Patta No.517 of Sooligunda Revenue Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and complete the same within the time. 3.Having regard to the limited scope of the petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, directs the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.02.2021 and to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and to other interested persons, if any. This exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
