This writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Government Order in G.O. (2D) No.59, Labour and Employment (J1) Department dated 10.10.2014 and published in Part-II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.46 dated 03.12.2014 and quash the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the Government of Tamil Nadu has already passed an order fixing the minimum wages under the provisions of the Act and therefore, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
