Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to pass official orders in favour to appoint the petitioner in the above vacant post of the 3rd respondent school, which is now presently holding by the petitioner as per the placement order dated 07.11.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent on the basis of petitioner eligibility criteria and on the basis of intimation letter dated 04.03.2019, by considering the petitioner representation dated 04.02.2026. This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to pass official orders to appoint the petitioner in the above vacant post of the 3rd respondent school, which is now presently holding by the petitioner as per the placement order dated 07.11.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent on the basis of petitioner eligibility criteria and on the basis of intimation 2/6

letter dated 04.03.2019, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2026."

2. The petitioner was placed as a teacher in a vacant post of the 3rd respondent school, due to the retirement of one Mrs.T.S.Bogeshwari TGT of Immaculate Heart of Mary High School, Nellithope. The petitioner was appointed to the vacant post with effect from the forenoon of 07.11.2018. The petitioner has completed CTET in the month of January, 2019.

3. The petitioner would submit that she was not made permanent to the said post. The petitioner would further submit that the 3rd respondent made an intimation letter to the 1st respondent through the 2nd respondent dated 04.03.2019, however, even after a receipt of the intimation made by the 3rd respondent, the 1st respondent did not consider the request till date. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation through a registered post dated 04.02.2026 to the 1st and 2nd respondents requesting them to appoint her in the said post. However, there is no response from the respondents. Therefore, the 3/6

petitioner is before this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2026 has not been considered to date, the 1st and 2nd respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
