Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 praying to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., on first and third Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in order dated 16.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.7489 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1097 of 2025. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7489 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1097 of 2025 vide order dated 16.04.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
