ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.05.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.No representation for the petitioner.
3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.105 of 2015 and on the complaint given by the opposite party against the petitioner, the petition enquiry in CSR No.104 of 2016 is pending before the respondent police.
4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in both the CSRs expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise close the petition under due intimation to the petitioner.
