ORDER

Challenging the dismissal of the Approval Petition dated 01.03.2016, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Pending this writ petition, the Management has entered into a settlement with the workman concerned, namely, the second respondent herein.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed the Memorandum Of Settlement entered into between the petitioner and second respondent and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, after recording terms and conditions of the settlement.

4. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of. The terms and conditions of the settlement dated 26.07.2018 shall form part of the order. As per clause - I of the settlement, the Management is eligible to withdraw any amount lying into the credit of W.P.No.14254 of 2016 before this Court. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
