This Court had passed an order in CRP.(NPD).No.855 of 2022 dated 12.04.2022 directing the Learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the case in O.S.No.1409 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in the letter in Dis.No.10063/2022 dated 30.09.2022 had requested further extension of time to dispose of the case. Accepting the explanation offered by the Learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, further three months time is granted to dispose of the case in O.S.No.1409 of 2017.
