2.In any event, Mr.TNC.Kaushik, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 and R2 would submit that there is no merit in the prayer seeking a mandamus forbearing the respondents from constructing the public toilet in between the petitioner's house and the Anganvadi School and Anganvadi Noon Meal Centre at Harijan Colony, Sullikkadu, Arachalur Village, Erode Taluk and District. He submits that the public toilet has been constructed in 2019 and in any event stands at the distance of 4 kms from the petitioner's house.

3.Recording this, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
