Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to dispose of R.E.P.No.25 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sankari, within the time stipulated by this Court.

For Petitioner :

Mr.R.Marudhachalamurthy

O R D E R

Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Sankari, to dispose of R.E.P.No.25 of 2013 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/decree holder/landlord has filed R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2005 for eviction. The Rent Controller has allowed the petition and ordered eviction. Against the same, the respondents/judgment debtors preferred R.C.A.No.1 of 2012, which was dismissed. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed R.E.P.No.25 of 2013 for delivery of possession and the same has been pending for three years. Hence, he prays for an early disposal of R.E.P.No.25 of 2013.

3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the typed set of papers, I am

inclined to give a direction to the Executing Court to dispose of the execution petition as early as possible. Accordingly, the learned District Munsif, Sankari, is directed to dispose of R.E.P.No.25 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving fair opportunity to both sides. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
