Prayer : Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent i.e. National Horticulture Board, Gurgoen in NHB/DD/(PKS)/TN-Subsidy/2010-2011 dated 21.01.2011 and the consequential proceedings of the 3rd respondent i.e. Allahabad Bank in GTN/Adv/NHB subsidy dated 27.01.2011 and GTN/Adv/NHB Subsidy dated 09.02.2011 and the quash the same and also direct

the respondents 1 to 3 to close the loan account and discharge the mortgage executed by the Petitioner in favour of the 3rd respondent after receiving the due amount, if any, payable towards the term loan amount without the subsidy amount from the Petitioner as the full and final settlement of the term loan received from the 3rd respondent bank and to direct the 3rd respondent to release all the documents to the Petitioner.
