1. This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the proceedings of the 1st Respondent in Government Letter (P) No.373/Na/Ni.1/2017, dated 15.09.2017 and to quash the same and to direct the 2nd Respondent to de-seal the premises.
2. This matter is listed today for reporting compliance.
3. This Court heard the learned counsel on either side.
4. The learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as the 2nd Respondent submit that the orders of this Court have been complied with and the said submission, reporting such compliance, are recorded
5. However, the learned counsel for the Petitioners states that they may be permitted to apply for retention of the existing building. It is open to the Petitioners to apply for retention and it is for the Respondent to consider the same, in accordance with law taking into account the order passed by this Court in the Writ Petition earlier. 2/4
