ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order dated 09.12.2022 in W.P.No.1207 of 2019. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents forwarded proceedings in Na.Ka.No.302/A3/2022 dated 18.08.2023, whereby, there has been compliance of the directions given in the writ petition.

3.In view of the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
