ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondents states that direction under order dated 03.09.2021 as against which contempt is alleged, have been complied and upon perusal of the same, this Court is also satisfied.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner raises a dispute on the quantification of the amount stating that as against a sum of Rs.3,01,000/-, a sum of Rs. 1,87,501/- should have been paid and for this purpose, he relies on a note to the Board of Directors, specifically at paragraph 2. However, there is no supporting material to establish how this amount is arrived at. Hence, this Court is satisfied that no case for contempt is made out. 3.
