The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent/ Corporation submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.16403 of 2011, dated 23.03.2022 has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2620 of 2023 on 22.09.2023.
