(CR.NO.25 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.NOs. 918,919&916 of 2022 in CRL.OP.NOs.18417,19796&19798 of 2021 order dated 31.01.2022 the petitioners shall report before the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e on first and fifteenth of every Month at 1.30a.m until further orders and also appear before the Commissioner regularly CRL.OP.NOs. 18417, 19796 AND 19798/ 2021.[Crl.M.P.NOs.3999,4000&4001/2022] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SUTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner [IN ALL THE PETITIONS]and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)[IN ALL THE PETITIONS]on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.Nos. 918, 916 and 919 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos. 18417, 19796 & 19798 of 2021 dated 26.10.2021.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that investigation is yet to be completed and the co-operation of the petitioner is required to complete the investigation.
4. Taking note of the fact that the investigation is not yet completed, relaxing the condition at this juncture will not be conducive for completing the pending investigation. Hence, the condition to report before the Investigating Officer monthly twice cannot be relaxed further.
5. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
