ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records made in Na.Ka.No.A/S11/Tambaram/Ka.Ni/2020 dated 4.3.2020 on the file of third respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to hold public meeting on 14.03.2020 in 5.00 pm at Shanmugam Salai, Tambaram, Chennai, subject to usual condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard both sides.

3.Now, in the present Covid 19 pandemic situation, the Tamil Nadu Government itself passed an order under Section 144 of Cr.P.C., not to conduct any public meetings and other gatherings. Therefore, at this stage, the prayer as such sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed.
