PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 19.01.2022.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 19.01.2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the Petitioner has given a complaint, which is pending for enquiry on the file of the 2nd Respondent. He would further submit that other than enquire the Petitioner on his own complaint, the 2nd Respondent is not harassing him. 3.It is made clear that since there is no complaint against the petitioner, the second respondent shall not unnecessarily harass him under the guise of enquiry.
