Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to in Ref.Na.Ka.No.03/KAA/Thu.Ka./Va.Vu.Ko/2015 dated 23.04.2015 from the file of the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to provide adequate security for smooth and safe conduct of the 32nd Traders Day State Level Conference which is schedule to be held on 05.05.2015 at "VGP Thidal", Kilaambakkam, VandalurUrapakkam GST Road, Chennai.

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard the submissions of Mr.B.Kumar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the respondents.

3. It is not in dispute that in respect of the place where the interim order of Status Quo was granted in W.P.No.1 of 2008 in W.P.No.10532 of 2008, M/s. VGP Housing Private Limited has given no objection to the petitioner Association to conduct a conference on 05.04.2015 between 8.45 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. In the light of the same, there cannot be any impediment on the part of the fourth respondent to grant permission enabling the petitioner Association to conduct such a function.

4. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to fourth respondent to accord necessary permission to conduct 32nd Traders Day State Level Conference which is scheduled to be held on 05.05.2015 at "VGP Thidal", Kilaambakkam, VandalurUrapakkam GST Road, Chennai, between 8.45 a.m. to 5.00 p.m subject to the imposition of conditions in accordance with law. It is made clear that the petitioner Association shall take every steps to maintain law and order and shall not indulge in any activity which would affect the sentiments of the public. No costs.
