Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders for sanctioning incentive increment to the petitioner for B.Ed., Degree course from the date of acquiring qualification, based on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 12.06.2020 and as per the proposal forwarded by the 5th respondent school dated 14.02.2020 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including the payment of arrears of salary, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders for sanctioning incentive increment to the petitioner for B.Ed., Degree course from the date of acquiring qualification, based on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 12.06.2020 and as per the proposal forwarded by the 5th respondent school dated 14.02.2020 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including the payment of arrears of salary.
2. Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the earlier request of the petitioner with regard to grant of incentive for B.Ed Degree Course has already been considered by the 3rd respondent on 19.11.2018 and rejected the request on the ground that there are errors in the application and the same has got to be rectified and to represent it thereafter. Even without reference to that, the present representation has been made.
4. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. However, in case the petitioner resubmit the request after clarifying the doubts made in the proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent vide communication dated 19.11.2018, the respondents shall consider the request of the petitioner with regard to the incentive of B.Ed Degree in accordance with law.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
