This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 12.03.2025, has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5690 of 2025. However in the order copy, the sections have been wrongly mentioned as 329(4), 296(b), 118(1), 109, 351(3) of BNS ( 307 of IPC, 448, 294, 324, 506(2) of IPC) instead of Sections 318(2), 818(4), 319 of BNS [ 417, 420, 416, 419 of IPC], and the same requires to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions. 3.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh.
