1. Learned counsel for the parties submitted that inter se dispute have been settled.
2. The memo of compromise has been filed in Court today.
3. The said memo of compromise bears signature of the petitioner and the authorised signatory of the respondent company. 3.1. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent company have also signed in the memo of compromise.
4. I have perused the terms of compromise.
5. In fact, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he has received the entire consideration i.e. a sum of Rs.13,87,685/- as full and final settlement of the claim made in the captioned petition.
6. The captioned petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.1 Memo of compromise is taken on record.
