The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the EPF organization made a submission that the amount of damages awarded by the competent authority was waived by the Central Board of Trustees.

In view of the fact that the amount of damages were waived by the Central Board of Trustees, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
