... Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for violating the order passed by this Court in W.M.P.Nos.183 & 185 of 2024 and W.P.No.166 of 2024 dated 08.01.2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 08.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.166 of 2024 and W.M.P.Nos.183 & 185 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent considered the representation submitted by the petitioners and passed orders by the proceeding dated 20.06.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 20.06.2025, before this Court.
