Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply with the directions of this Hon`ble Court while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.1791 of 2022 by an order dated 1.2.2022 in connection with the case in Crime No.8 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police and pass such orders or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of P.RAJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1791 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022 to comply with the conditions before the concerned Court.
