ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.3697 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mrs.Tamilarasi, Inspector of Police was present and an affidavit was filed before this Court and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:

6.It is submitted that based on the aforementioned order, and in consideration of the material evidence and the statements of witnesses, after the completion of a thorough and detailed investigation, on 27.03.2025, I have filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vellore vide e-filing No.LTN20230001135C202500013 dated 27.03.2025. 3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vellore, to act upon the final report that has been filed by the respondent in Crime No.102/2018, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
