ORDER

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2026, which is the subject matter of the writ petition, seeks for cancellation of a registered document, which is not maintainable through a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, learned counsel for petitioner has now made an endorsement in the Court bundle seeking liberty for the petitioner to approach the civil Court for the relief sought in this writ petition. In terms of the endorsement made by learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court. No costs.
