This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1101 of 2025, dated 28.01.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Triplicane Police Station, everyday at 10:30 a.m. until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1101 of 2025, dated 28.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month until further orders. 4.
